4. What is the best time to purchase handmade products from your company in Vietnam?

  • Customers do not need to worry about time because we have a year-round supply of raw materials. However, if you want to book for a special occasion, plan 10-15 days in advance. 

5. How is the wholesale price for purchasing your products calculated?

  • The wholesale price of our products is determined by several factors, including the knitting method, size, order quantity, and other relevant considerations. These factors are carefully evaluated to provide a competitive and reasonable wholesale pricing structure.

6. Are you a manufacturer or not? 

  • Yes. Thanh Cong Handicraft Co., Ltd is a manufacturer that specializes in high-quality handicraft items. We have 3 factories: Kim Son, Ninh Binh; Dong Da, Ha Noi; Cat Dang, Ninh Binh, Vietnam.

7. How many is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? 

  • We calculate the MOQ by taking into account the cost of production and product properties for sale. Typically, the MOQ for a design is 50 or 100 pieces.

8. How can I view the wholesale prices of products?

9. Can I purchase products from you as an individual, or do I need to be a company?

10. What certifications do you have?

11. Is it possible to customize the product in terms of size, color and style? 

  • Yes. To provide customers with products that have the highest utility value, our factory will perfect the products based on the customer’s request in terms of style, size, color, and so on.

12. If I place an order, how long will it take to receive my order?

  • The delivery time for your order depends on several factors, including the specific model, quantity, and design of the products.The typical time frame for order fulfillment ranges from 15 to 20 days. Rest assured, we strive to complete and ship your order as efficiently as possible while maintaining the highest quality standards.

13. How do you ship products to me?

  • To provide optimal support to our international customers, we offer a range of shipping methods to suit your preferences:
  • By Sea (usually takes 25-35 days to arrive): This option is ideal for large quantity orders, as it can significantly reduce costs and is suited for less time-sensitive shipments.
  • By Air (usually takes 5-9 days to arrive): Perfect for smaller quantity orders or when you need the items urgently. We use express delivery services like FedEx, DHL, UPS, and others to ensure faster delivery.

18. Do you work in retail? 

  • No. We are global wholesalers of handcrafted items.

19. What is your wholesale order return policy? 

  • We will be responsible in case the quality of the goods is not as described or the quality of the products is not guaranteed. However, this is a rare case. We are always committed to completing orders in the best possible way.
