How To Inquire:
Option A: You can set up the Order list with quantity of products you have chosen from our website, and send us this list to our Email info@thanhcongcraft.com , then we will respond accordingly with Catalogs, Prices list and a Quotation for your perusal.
Option B: You also can send an order/price request to us through website system (Enquiry Cart). We will reply you via Email and including Catalogs and Prices list
Step 1: Determine the product you want to buy (or get the quote ) based on the material or function of the product
Step 2: Click on the product, refer to information about the product you are interested in, about the details and specifications of the product
Step 3: After clicking Add Enquiry, the button will be changed to View Enquiry Cart. Here you can click to view cart
Step 4: Go to cart. Here you can edit the purchase quantity, note the product or delete the product. Scroll down you need to fill in your information then press the Send Enquiry Now button!
Option C: Contact us right through WhatsApp: +84967485411 . We will reply you as soon as possible and including Catalogs and Prices list
Ordering Process:
- You can list products you have chosen from our website or in our E-catalogs.
- Send us your order list/inquiries to our Email: info@thanhcongcraft.com or Tel/ WhatsApp: +84967485411
- We send you a Proforma Invoice (included info: Item no, Photos, Size, Q’ty, Styles, Packaging info, Shipping method…)
- Order real samples (if any)
- You confirm order and pay 30% Deposit (30% Deposit and 70% Balance)
- We take take some Photos/Videos of your products in production process to send you review
- Inspector come our factory to inspect products. (Inspector is welcome because our products are best quality)
- Products Ready for delivering. You pay us 70% Balance.
- Container loading at our Factory or LCL shipment to CFS warehouse in Haiphong port, Vietnam.
- We send you a Tracking number / Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, Certificates or Origin of your order
- Take care of after sales. Long term cooperation!
