Each inlay product has been elevated to a work of art with extremely high sophistication and ingenuity.
- Thanh Cong Handicraft, with more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing and exporting handicraft products, has applied the knowledge left by our ancestors to increasingly enhance the value of mother-of-pearl inlay products, while creating many products with diverse designs such as: Mother-of-pearl inlay trays, mother-of-pearl inlay bowls, mother-of-pearl inlay incense burners, mother-of-pearl inlay tea cups, etc.

- Mother of Pearl trays are made from the inner layer of seashells, which is known for its iridescent and lustrous appearance. This unique material creates a stunning and eye-catching surface that adds elegance to any setting.
- The round shape of the tray provides a soft and pleasing aesthetic that is versatile and easy to incorporate into various decor styles. The smooth, curved edges of a round tray offer a visually balanced and harmonious look.
- Round Mother of Pearl trays are available in a range of sizes, allowing you to choose the one that best suits your needs and space. Whether you need a small tray for holding jewelry or a larger one for serving food and drinks, there are options available to accommodate different purposes.
- Mother of Pearl trays are generally lightweight, which makes them easy to transport and move around the house. This feature is particularly convenient when using the tray for serving purposes or as a decorative accent that you may want to rearrange from time to time.
- Handle the tray with care to avoid dropping or banging it against hard surfaces, as this can cause damage to the delicate Mother of Pearl surface.
- Keep the tray away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature changes as these factors can affect the appearance and integrity of the Mother of Pearl. Prolonged exposure to sunlight or heat can cause discoloration or warping of the tray.
- Regularly wipe the tray with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and spills. Avoid using abrasive or harsh cleaning agents as they can scratch or dull the Mother of Pearl surface. Dry the tray thoroughly after cleaning to prevent any moisture from seeping into the shell.
- If the tray requires more than a simple wipe-down, use a mild soap solution. Mix a small amount of mild detergent or dish soap with water, dampen a soft cloth or sponge with the solution, and gently clean the tray’s surface. Rinse the tray thoroughly with clean water and dry it completely.
- Avoid direct contact with harsh substances:Â Certain substances can damage the Mother of Pearl surface. Avoid placing acidic or corrosive items directly onto the tray, as they can cause discoloration or erosion. Examples include citrus fruits, vinegar, or harsh cleaning chemicals.
- Use a soft protective layer: If you’re using the tray to display or serve items, consider using a soft protective layer like a tablecloth, placemat, or felt liner. This will create a barrier between the tray and the items placed on it, reducing the risk of scratches or damage.
- Rotate and reposition:Â Mother of Pearl can be sensitive to sunlight and light exposure over time. To maintain an even appearance, periodically rotate or reposition the tray so that all areas receive similar levels of light exposure.
- Avoid extreme temperature changes:Â Rapid temperature changes can cause the Mother of Pearl to expand or contract. Avoid placing the tray in environments with extreme temperature variations, such as near heating or cooling vents.
- Handle with clean hands:Â Before touching the tray, ensure that your hands are clean and free from oils or lotions. The oils from your skin can affect the luster and shine of the Mother of Pearl. If necessary, use lint-free gloves when handling the tray.
- Regular inspections: Regularly inspect the tray for any signs of damage, such as cracks, chips, or loose pieces. Address any issues promptly to prevent further damage and ensure the longevity of the tray.
